Welcome to the return policy of www.greencypherapparel.com (“Site” or “Website”) which is owned and operated by Green Cypher Apparel (“we”, “us”, and “our”). Our priority is aimed at enhancing the experience of our valuable customers.

This return policy applies to items purchased through our website. Please read the following policy carefully before making any purchase on our site. If you are not in agreement with these terms, you should not use our site. Your purchase on our site is deemed as acceptance of this return policy.

  1. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

We do not accept any returns or exchanges. If there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at support@greencypherapparel.com.

  1. RECEIVED DAMAGED ITEM OR INCORRECT ITEM

You are provided a time frame of 15 days to report a claim if you have received a damaged or incorrect item. You must report your claim to our support email address provided at the end of this policy and above. Include a description of the damages, and pictures if possible. This information is extremely helpful to us in making sure that our products are packaged and shipped properly.

Once we have received your claim request/report, received all information requested by our support team, and reviewed your claim we will notify you. If we approve your claim, we will provide you with a replacement at no cost after the approval of your report.

We reserve the right to refuse your claim if we suspect your claim is fraudulent/illegal/incorrect at our sole discretion.

  1. REFUNDS FOR LOST IN TRANSIT ITEM

Please note that we only offer refunds to lost-in-transit item claims. You may be eligible for a refund back to your card through which you had made the payment in the event your item is lost in transit. A lost in transit claim will only be approved for a refund once it is verified by the delivering postal service to be lost in transit. You understand that any delay in delivery does not constitute a lost in transit claim.

We reserve the right to refuse your claim if we suspect your claim is fraudulent/illegal/incorrect at our sole discretion.

  1. REFUND/REPLACEMENT NOT APPROVED

In the event your refund or replacement claim is not approved after our review, we will let you know. If your refund claim is approved for a lost in transit item, we will refund you back through the original payment method. You understand that the refund process is time-consuming and can take some time for the refund amount to be returned depending upon the bank and Credit Card Company.
